He has analyzed, advised and coached over 1,000 main street businesses throughout North America. He is a lifetime practitioner of the science of corporate business development. His leadership skills are supported by his strong financial and marketing background and demonstrated time and time again by his record of success in exceeding corporate and client expectations.

Mr. Stidham has over 20 years of investment banking and international M&A experience. In addition to successfully building his own business, he served as SVP and Managing Director for a Major Corporation and as national director of sales and business development for companies in various industries. He has been directly involved in the execution and successful closing of hundreds of investment banking and corporate finance transactions. His investment banking experience includes a diverse array of industry sectors.
